So, just a quick note on the baby we were supposed to get through the adoption agency we were working with. We flew all the way down there, we were actually in the parking lot of the hospital, met with our agent, went to the store to wait for the news and got a call from the main guy who said "our birth mom" was never pregnant. We are heart broken and stressed, because we have already paid so much to them and were so ready to bring that baby home. Hopefully this nightmare will all work out and eventually we will get a baby out of it.
The next day after we got back I chopped my hair and donated it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. It was just so much maintenance and with a young family (and not much time for myself) it's much better to have short hair, it was also so heavy and made me hot. I can actually style it real quick now that it's short.
Here are just some quick pics. I know the one with me with long hair, I am in a nightgown I got from my Grandma and no makeup. I tried to make the final result look better. Ha ha.
It kind of makes me sad to look back on that first photo. I was hurting so bad that day.
